Attention

True seeking is not to seek for something, but to pay attention with an open-hearted interest in the current expression of the universe. It is to allow the immediacy of this life to express fully. With this openness, the filters of believed-in persistence and separation have vanished.

Fabulous photo. Amazing thought. I think your first sentence about true seeking is the most profound and beautiful thing I’ve ever heard you say. I had to just rest in it for a few minutes.

Nice to know. Thank you. I will take no credit for any profundity, however. The opportunity of the profound is found in the rest you mentioned, not in the words. Isn’t that wonderful?
